The Portrait Lens of the 645 System. Complete in Its Original Box.
On a Mamiya 645, the Sekor C 150mm f/3.5 frames the world the way a 93mm lens does on 35mm: the classic short-telephoto view for head-and-shoulders portraits, with flattering compression and backgrounds that fall gently out of focus. Part of Mamiya's multicoated C series for the M645 system, it focuses down to 1.5 m, takes standard 58mm filters, and has a built-in lens hood that pulls out to keep flare at bay without extra accessories. It mounts directly on the M645, M645 1000S and M645J, as well as later manual-focus bodies such as the 645 Super, 645 Pro and Pro TL. Paired with the larger negative, it delivers the soft transitions and smooth tonality that make medium-format portraits so recognizable. This example comes with its original box. In Very Good condition, it shows light signs of use. For the portrait photographer completing a 645 kit, or anyone who wants medium-format compression and character at a sensible price.
