Refund and Return Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
As a consumer purchasing through analogiska.com, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. (Please note: This right of withdrawal applies to consumers only, not business customers).

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@analogiska.com before the 14-day period expires. Please include your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

  2. Return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Return Shipping & Condition of Goods:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or does not match the listing. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

  • Condition: You are allowed to inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics, and function. However, if the item's value has been reduced because you handled it more than was necessary, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from your refund.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice (provided we have received the returned item or proof of postage). We will refund the full price of the item along with the original outbound shipping cost (based on the least expensive standard delivery option). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrectly Described Items (Complaints):
If an item is defective, stops working, or does not match its listing, please contact us at info@analogiska.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video where relevant.

If your complaint is valid under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, we will provide a suitable remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund) and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Note on second-hand goods: Because we sell pre-owned, vintage equipment, goods are sold as described and graded. Normal wear consistent with the stated condition grade, or characteristics specifically disclosed in the listing (such as expired film), are not considered defects.

Uncollected Parcels:
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the parcel was not collected in time from the pickup point, or delivery could not be completed for reasons attributable to you, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 250 SEK to cover return shipping and administrative costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
